The route

Start at Pum's Coffee House - open from 6am with an early-bird happy hour. Order a single-origin filter or a precision espresso and something from the pastry case. This sets the specialty coffee tone for the crawl.

House of Roast is the next stop - roasting their own beans in-house. Try a milk-based drink to compare with Pum's espresso. The roastery setting is worth experiencing.

Baba Yaga Turkish Cafe offers a detour - traditional Turkish coffee or tea in a completely different register. This is the wild card stop that makes the crawl interesting.

Three Monkeys Cafe is the mid-crawl comfort stop - a classic Darby Street institution where coffee comes alongside excellent brunch food if you need to eat.

Sanctum on Darby brings the plant-based perspective - good coffee in a calmer, more minimal setting that provides contrast to the busier spots.

End at Goldbergs Coffee House - the original. Open since 1995, it puts the whole street in context. Order whatever you like; you've earned it.
